16City Dress-up Design Competition - "Flyover Fantasy Re-run"The Development Bureau launched the “City Dress-up Public Art Competition” in 2017. The stream “Flyover Fantasy”, which created mural paintings on some columns of Kwun Tong Bypass, was well received by the public and became a hotspot of the district.
